I have NO idea. Between 25 and 30 probably. . Most for fanatical EU collectors that need every version of every album, and there are 5 different versions here in the USA:
CD
CD/DVD
CD/DVD+patch (only available at BEST BUY stores)
CD/DVD+poster (only available at CIRCUIT CITY stores)
CD+poster (only available at HOT TOPIC stores)
Also, for the first time since CAN I PLAY WITH MADNESS, Iron Maiden released a single comercially in the USA. The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg was released on 10".

yes, it is quite small, maybe 7cm x 7cm


most of the stores here were sold out of AMOLAD as of sunday morning (only 3 of the 20 area best buy shops had it in stock sinday and each store got AT LEAST 50). The show here is selling decent. Hopefully, it will be at least 70% full, I heard there will be a non traditional stage setup!!
